INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 200g chicken gizzards
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 3 green peppers
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Remove the pale blue parts from both sides of the chicken gizzards. Slice them into 5mm thick pieces. Place them in a bowl, add sake and salt and pepper, and massage well.
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice them thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken gizzards and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the gizzards change color.
Add bean sprouts and green peppers to the pan. Stir-fry until softened, then add the sauce ingredients and quickly stir-fry to combine.
