INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g boiled bamboo shoots
- 3 cabbage leaves (120g)
Seasoning
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
STEPS
Cut the bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces. Slice the root part into 7mm thick pieces. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (grated garlic, sake, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add bamboo shoots and cabbage to the pan. Cover with a lid and steam for 1 minute. Remove the lid and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
