- 1 tbsp soy sauce

STEPS
Prepare the squid by removing the internal organs, cartilage, and skin. Wash quickly under water and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the body into 1cm rings.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the squid and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the color changes.
Add the sake, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
