INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- Chopped parsley, as needed

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
STEPS
Remove the squid's liver and tentacles from the body. Discard the cartilage and clean the squid thoroughly.
Cut the squid's body and tentacles into 1cm cubes.
Mix the squid liver with mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sake in a container.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the squid pieces.
Add the cooked white rice to the pan and stir-fry until the rice is separated.
Add the squid liver mixture to the pan and stir-fry well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
