    • 🦑 100g sliced squid
    • 1 tbsp squid ink paste
  • Meat

    • 100g thinly sliced pork belly
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
  • Liquid

    • đź’§ 400cc water
  • Garnish

STEPS

Cut the squid into halves and slice the pork belly into 4cm pieces.

In a pot, add water and dashi powder, then heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add salt, squid, and pork belly, breaking them apart. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add squid ink paste and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
