- 🦑 1/2 squid, cleaned and chopped
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion

- 🧈 0.5 tbsp butter
- 🧄 0.3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp herb salt
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce

STEPS
Defrost and clean the squid, then chop it into small pieces.
Heat a pan and add 0.5 tbsp of butter. Once melted, add 0.3 tbsp of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent.
Add the chopped squid to the pan and stir-fry until it changes color and is cooked through.
Season with herb salt and add 1.5 cups of cooked rice. Stir-fry until well combined.
Add 0.5 tbsp of oyster sauce and mix thoroughly. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve the squid butter fried rice hot. Optionally, garnish with chopped vegetables or a sprinkle of pepper.
