INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid (150g)
Vegetables
- 10 shiso leaves
- 1 piece of ginger
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Clean the squid by removing the innards and cartilage. Cut the tentacles into bite-sized pieces, remove the beak and suction cups, and rinse thoroughly.
Slice the shiso leaves into 1cm strips and julienne the ginger. Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, chicken stock powder) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the ginger until fragrant. Add the squid and stir-fry until its color changes.
Add the seasoning mixture and stir well. Finally, toss in the shiso leaves and stir briefly.
