INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦑 200g frozen squid rings
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
- 2 garlic sprouts, cut into 3cm pieces
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Cooking Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
STEPS
Defrost the frozen squid rings under running water. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water for 3 minutes, drain, and microwave them in a heatproof dish covered with plastic wrap at 600W for 3 minutes. Cut the garlic sprouts into 3cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the squid until cooked. Add the potatoes and garlic sprouts, and stir-fry briefly.
Add sake and soy sauce to the pan, stir-fry until the liquid evaporates, then add butter and stir until melted.
