INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 100g bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 ume plum
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the spinach into 3cm pieces and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Rinse in cold water and drain.
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain and let cool slightly.
Remove the seed from the ume plum and finely chop it with a knife.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (ume plum, white sesame seeds, ponzu sauce, sesame oil). Add the spinach and bean sprouts and toss to combine.
