INGREDIENTS

  • Protein

    • 1 piece (200g) fried tofu
    • 80g thinly sliced pork belly
  • Vegetables

    • 1 piece (250g) konjac
  • Oil and Spices

    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp doubanjiang
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces. Boil it in a pot with enough water to cover for 3 minutes, then drain.

Tear the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

In a frying pan, stir-fry the konjac over medium heat to remove excess moisture. Add sesame oil, doubanjiang, and pork, cooking until the pork changes color. Then add the fried tofu and continue stir-frying.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger) and mix well.
