    • A sprinkle of black pepper
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce

Boil 2 eggs in cold water with 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp vinegar for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.

Blanch the fish cakes in boiling water briefly, then rinse under cold water.

Cut the fish cakes into thirds, fold them, and skewer them onto sticks.

Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the sauce: gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, sugar, cooking wine, minced garlic, black pepper, and fish sauce.

In a wide pot, add 2.5 cups of anchovy stock and the prepared sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, add the skewered fish cakes and reduce to medium-low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add the boiled eggs.

Simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes, spooning the sauce over the fish cakes until the sauce thickens and reduces.
