INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- đź§… 1/3 stalk green onion, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Condiments
- 1 tsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion diagonally.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, garlic) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork belly, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add doubanjiang and stir until fragrant.
Add the green onion and bean sprouts, stir-frying for about 1 minute until the vegetables are cooked.
Add the mixed seasoning and stir quickly to coat all ingredients evenly.
