Vegetables
- 1/6 head napa cabbage
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms

- 1 tbsp salad oil

- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
STEPS
Wash oysters in salted water, rinse 2–3 times with fresh water, pat dry, and coat with flour.
Cut napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and trim the root of enoki mushrooms, separating them.
Mix sake, sugar, miso, and doubanjiang in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add oysters, and cook over medium heat until browned. Remove oysters from the pan.
Add garlic paste, ginger paste, napa cabbage, and enoki mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes until enoki softens.
Add the sauce mixture and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Return oysters to the pan and stir briefly to combine.
