    • 800g pork spare ribs
  • Vegetables

    • 100g bok choy
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp fermented black bean sauce
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut bok choy into quarters lengthwise, place on a microwave-safe plate, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain and let cool.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add pork spare ribs, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly drain the marinade from the ribs, and arrange them on the sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.

Plate the ribs and serve with bok choy on the side.
