- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced

- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds

- 1 tbsp cooking oil
STEPS
Clean the squid thoroughly, including the suction cups on the tentacles.
Place the cleaned squid in a pot without water, cover, and steam for about 1 minute until tender.
While the squid is steaming, slice the onion, carrot, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the steamed squid into bite-sized pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, add the vegetables and minced garlic, and stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly tender.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, and corn syrup in a small bowl.
Pour the sauce into the pan and bring it to a boil.
Add the steamed squid to the pan and stir-fry until the sauce is well absorbed.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
