    • 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned

    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • đź§‚ 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • đź§„ 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
    • A pinch of ground pepper
    • 2 tbsp perilla oil

Boil 2 servings of somyeon noodles in a pot of water.

When the water boils, add half a cup of cold water. Repeat this process three times.

Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water. Set aside.

Julienne half a cucumber and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, 4 tbsp soy sauce, a pinch of ground pepper, 2 tbsp perilla oil, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds to make the sauce.
