    • 150g somen noodles
    • 1/4 pack kaiware sprouts
    • 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
    • Pinch of shichimi chili powder
  • Saba Miso Soboro

    • 200g miso-flavored canned mackerel
    • 1 piece minced ginger
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the root off the kaiware sprouts and divide them into two portions. Mince the ginger.

Heat a frying pan and add the Saba Miso Soboro ingredients. Break apart the canned mackerel while cooking over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.

Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.

Plate the somen noodles, top with kaiware sprouts and Saba Miso Soboro. Optionally, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and shichimi chili powder.
