    • 8 slices pork loin (160g)
  • Vegetables

    • 8 snap peas (80g)
  • Seasoning

  • Flour

    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 1/2 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp miso
    • 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Trim the ends and remove the strings from the snap peas. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Season the pork slices with salt and pepper. Place a snap pea on each slice and roll tightly from one end. Coat the rolls lightly with flour.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned, turning occasionally to brown all sides.
