INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
- đź§… 1 green onion
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with potato starch.
Cut the green onion into 4cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip and cook until fully done.
Push the chicken to the side, add the green onion, and cook until browned while rolling. Add the seasoning mixture and simmer until thickened.
