    • 🥬 1/2 head of cabbage
    • Sweet chili sauce, as needed
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🌰 Sesame seeds, to taste
    • Black pepper, to taste
    • 1/2 tbsp chili powder (optional)

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, sugar, sesame seeds, black pepper, and chili powder (optional) to create the seasoning sauce.

Cut the cabbage into small pieces and layer it at the bottom of a pot.

Add a layer of pork belly slices on top of the cabbage, then add another layer of cabbage, and finish with a final layer of pork belly slices.

Pour the prepared seasoning sauce evenly over the top and add half a bowl of water to the pot.

Cover the pot and simmer on low heat until the pork and cabbage are fully cooked.

Serve the dish with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
