INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- Flour as needed
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🧅 50g minced onion
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
Sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🥢 2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Mince the onion and soak it in water, then drain.
Mix the sauce ingredients (★) in a bowl.
Mash the boiled egg in a bowl with a fork, then mix with the remaining tartar sauce ingredients (☆).
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken with flour, then dip in beaten egg.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown, then reduce heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove excess oil from the pan with a paper towel, then add the sauce (★) and simmer until slightly thickened.
Plate the chicken and drizzle with tartar sauce.
