Vegetables

Seasoning

Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake

- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

STEPS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion diagonally.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to create the simmering sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
Add cabbage and green onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Pour the sauce into the pan and cook until thickened.
