- 🐟 2 cans (200g) seasoned sardines
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 2 slices thinly sliced ginger
Condiments
- 🍑 1 pickled plum
- 1 red chili, stem removed

- 💧 150cc water
STEPS
Remove the stem and seeds from the red chili. Separate the sardines from the canned juice.
In a frying pan, add bean sprouts, sardine juice, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add sardines, pickled plum, ginger, and chili to the pan. Cover and simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
