- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut off the head and tail of the Pacific saury, divide into three pieces, remove the innards using chopsticks, rinse with water, and pat dry.
Add the seasonings (water, sake, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce) into a rice cooker and mix. Place the saury, umeboshi, and ginger slices inside, then cook using the regular rice cooking setting.
