INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g chicken gizzards
- 1/2 block konjac (pre-boiled)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 150ml water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Cut the chicken gizzards in half and trim off any pale blue parts. Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken gizzards and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the konjac and stir-fry briefly. Add the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer until the liquid reduces. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.
