Simmered Bok Choy and Fried Tofu

    • 200g fried tofu
  • Seasoning

    • 200cc water
    • 1/2 tsp dashi powder
    • 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce

Separate bok choy stems and leaves. Cut stems into wedges and leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Pour boiling water over fried tofu to remove excess oil, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, combine tofu, bok choy stems, water, dashi powder, and soy sauce. Heat over medium until boiling, then cover and simmer on low for 7 minutes.

Add bok choy leaves, cover, and simmer for 1 minute. Turn off heat and let cool to room temperature.
