INGREDIENTS
Main
- 300g shirataki noodles
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced (50g)
- 2 slices ham
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ A pinch of black pepper
Egg Sauce
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 100ml milk
- đź§€ 1 tbsp grated cheese
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- đź§‚ A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, grated cheese, salt, and pepper to make the egg sauce.
Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, and parboil for 1 minute. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly and cut the ham into 1cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and ham, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent. Then, add the shirataki and stir-fry.
Turn off the heat, add the egg sauce, and mix thoroughly using residual heat to cook the sauce. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
