INGREDIENTS

- 20g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 5cm daikon with stems
- 1 bell pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4g bonito flakes
STEPS
Cut the daikon into thin strips and slice the stems into small pieces. Thinly slice the bell pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the daikon until softened.
Add the daikon stems, bell pepper, and dried shirasu, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasonings (mirin, soy sauce, and bonito flakes) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
