INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g pork slices
Vegetables
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Season the pork slices with a pinch of salt and pepper, then massage the seasoning into the meat.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and sliced onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the onion becomes tender.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame seeds) and stir-fry to combine evenly.
Plate the stir-fry and garnish with chopped green onion.
