- 🍄 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms

Seasoning

Cheese

STEPS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the onion thinly after removing the core.
Place the shimeji mushrooms and sliced onion in a heatproof dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle olive oil, and mix well. Top with shredded pizza cheese.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes or until the shimeji mushrooms are cooked and the cheese is melted.
