    • 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
    • đź§€ 1 tbsp powdered cheese
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • đź’§ 400 ml water

    • Pinch of black pepper

STEPS

Cut the stems off the shiitake mushrooms and separate the caps and stems. Slice the caps into quarters and shred the stems.

Crack the egg into a bowl, add powdered cheese, and mix well to create the egg mixture.

Add the seasonings (consomme, salt, and water) to a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the shiitake mushrooms and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.

Increase to medium heat and slowly pour the egg mixture into the pot. Once the egg sets, turn off the heat.

Serve in a bowl and sprinkle black pepper on top.
