    • 🦪 10 scallops
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 🍄 100g king oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
    • 1 tbsp salad oil
    • 🧈 15g salted butter
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper

STEPS

Slice the onion thinly. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half lengthwise, then slice them into 5mm strips.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and mushrooms, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the scallops and sake, and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the butter, salt, and pepper. Stir until the butter melts, then add soy sauce and parsley. Mix well.
