INGREDIENTS

- 4 sausages
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 king oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 2 shiso leaves, torn
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Slice the onion thinly. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half lengthwise, then slice thinly. Mince the garlic and tear the shiso leaves into small pieces.
Cut the sausages diagonally into 1 cm thick pieces.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add sausages, onion, and mushrooms, and stir-fry over medium heat until the onion softens.
Add soy sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper, stir to combine. Add shiso leaves and mix briefly before serving.
