  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil

    • 2 tsp miso
    • 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and slice them diagonally into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice into 5mm wide strips.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and sauté until golden brown. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning ingredients and quickly mix together.
