    • 🍗 3 chicken tenderloins
    • 4 shiso leaves
    • 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt
    • 1/2 tbsp potato starch

Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and cut them into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with sake, salt, and potato starch, and massage well.

Cut the stems off the shiso leaves and slice them into thin strips.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until the surface is browned. Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for 2 minutes.

Add ponzu sauce to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Turn off the heat and mix in ground white sesame and shiso leaves.
