INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🎃 150g pumpkin, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Spices
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Remove seeds and fibers from the pumpkin, then slice it thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pork and chili, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Push the pork to the side, add the pumpkin, and stir-fry until it softens.
Add sake, salt, and chicken stock powder, and stir-fry everything together.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
