INGREDIENTS

  • Fish

    • 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
    • 🧆 60g soy-marinated salmon roe
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
  • Marinade

    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Combine the marinade ingredients in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool to room temperature.

Add the salmon and salmon roe to the marinade. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
