INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🧆 60g soy-marinated salmon roe
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Marinade
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Sprinkle salt evenly over the salmon. Wrap it and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Rinse off the salt with water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the marinade ingredients in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool to room temperature.
Add the salmon and salmon roe to the marinade. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
