INGREDIENTS

  • Rice

    • 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
  • Fish

    • 🐟 1 piece salted salmon (80g)
  • Liquid

    • 💧 400ml water
    • 🍵 2g green tea leaves
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • Condiments

    • 🌿 Seaweed, as needed
    • 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Place salted salmon in a frying pan and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip, cover, and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked. Let cool, then remove skin and bones, and flake the salmon into large pieces.

Boil water in a kettle over medium heat. Once boiling, turn off the heat and pour the water into a teapot with green tea leaves. Cover and let steep for 2 minutes to prepare the tea.

Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with flaked salmon, chopped spring onion, seaweed, and sesame seeds. Pour the prepared tea over the rice and toppings.
