INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 4 pieces of salmon fillets
- 🥕 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
- 🧅 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (red or yellow, sliced)
Seasonings
- 🍋 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
- 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- An adequate amount of aluminum foil
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the salmon in the center of the aluminum foil and layer the vegetables and lemon slices on top of the salmon.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper, and drizzle olive oil evenly over the top.
Wrap the aluminum foil tightly, making sure it is sealed to prevent leaks.
Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Unwrap the foil, plate the food, and it's ready to serve.
