    • 🐟 Raw salmon filet 2 pieces

    • 🥬 Spinach 1/2 bunch
    • 🧅 Onion 1/2 piece

    • 🧈 Butter 1 teaspoon
    • 🧂 Salt a pinch
    • 🧂 Black pepper a pinch
    • 🍋 Lemon slices 2 pieces

STEPS

Roughly chop spinach and thinly slice the onion.

Place the salmon, spinach, and onion on aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add small amounts of butter and place sliced lemon on top of the salmon.

Wrap with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.

Once cooked, open the foil and serve directly on a plate.
