INGREDIENTS

  • Rice

    • 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
  • Fish

    • 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
    • 🧡 50g soy-marinated ikura
  • Vegetables

    • 🥑 1 avocado, diced
    • 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
  • Condiments

    • 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🌿 1/2 tsp wasabi
    • 2 tbsp sushi vinegar

Cut the avocado into 1.5cm cubes and slice the shiso leaves thinly.

Cut the salmon into 1.5cm cubes.

Mix soy sauce and wasabi in a bowl. Add the salmon and avocado, mix well, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, mix the cooked rice with sushi vinegar to make sushi rice.

Serve the sushi rice in bowls, layer with shiso leaves, then top with the marinated salmon and avocado mixture, and finish with ikura.
