    • 🍜 1 pack of frozen udon noodles
  • Canned Fish

    • 95g saba miso canned fish
  • Vegetables

    • 1/3 bag of bean sprouts
    • đź§… 1 tbsp chopped green onion
  • Condiments

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
    • 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp garlic paste

Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions. Loosen the noodles.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add doubanjiang, garlic paste, and bean sprouts, and stir-fry briefly. Add the saba miso canned fish along with its juices, breaking the fish into chunks while stirring until well combined.

Add the udon noodles to the pan and stir-fry until evenly mixed. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
