- 🍚 300g cooked rice
Fish
- 190g canned saba in miso
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp olive oil

STEPS
Slice the onion thinly.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the onion and sauté until softened. Add the canned saba (including the liquid) and break it apart while cooking. Add the canned tomatoes and season with salt and pepper, then cook for about 3 minutes.
Place cooked rice in a heatproof dish, top with the sautéed mixture, and sprinkle shredded pizza cheese on top. Repeat to make two servings.
Heat in a toaster oven until the cheese is golden brown. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
