- 1 can (190g) saba canned mackerel
Vegetables
- 50g snow peas
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce

STEPS
Drain the saba canned mackerel and flake it into pieces.
Remove the strings from the snow peas. Boil water in a pot, add the snow peas, and blanch briefly. Drain and let cool slightly, then cut diagonally in half.
In a bowl, combine the snow peas, saba canned mackerel, sesame oil, and ponzu sauce. Mix well.
Plate the mixture and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
