INGREDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Canned Goods
- 1 can saba (190g)
Eggs
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 1/3 bunch chives
- 80g kimchi
Condiments
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the chives into 1cm pieces.
Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the beaten egg, and stir until semi-cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining sesame oil and the saba can. Break the fish into chunks and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes over medium heat.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine. Then add the kimchi and stir-fry thoroughly.
Add the chives and stir briefly. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well.
Return the cooked egg to the pan and mix gently.
