    • 3 slices raw ham
    • 🥬 3 leaves lettuce
  • Mushroom SautĂ©

    • 🍄 100g king oyster mushroom
    • 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushroom
    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • Ginger Dressing

    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

Cut the raw ham in half.

Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice king oyster mushrooms into 3cm lengths and thin slices. Halve the shimeji mushrooms, trim the root, and separate them by hand.

Mix the ginger dressing ingredients (grated ginger, vinegar, olive oil) in a bowl.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add king oyster mushrooms and shimeji mushrooms, sauté until softened. Add salt and mix well.

In a large bowl, combine lettuce, mushroom sauté, raw ham, and ginger dressing. Mix well.
