    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • A small amount of sesame oil
    • A pinch of sesame seeds
    • đź’§ 2/3 cup water

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with a paper towel. Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and fry the tofu.

Slice 1/4 onion (optional if unavailable).

Mix all the seasonings (garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, syrup, pepper, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and water) to create the sauce.

Once the tofu is golden brown, pour the prepared sauce over the tofu.

Add the sliced onion to the pan and simmer until the liquid is slightly reduced.

If you have green onion, slice it and add it 1 minute before turning off the heat.
