STEPS
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, then add the cooked rice and tomato sauce. Stir and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a heatproof dish, and evenly arrange the mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in a toaster oven for 5-7 minutes until the surface becomes golden brown.
Finish by sprinkling basil and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
