INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 bag quail eggs
- 🌠2 bags Vienna sausages
- 1-3 green chilies
Seasonings
- 1-1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 🍅 4-5 tbsp ketchup
- đź§‚ 1-1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- đź’§ 5-7 tbsp water
STEPS
Mix all the seasonings (gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, and water) in a bowl. Adjust the taste by adding more ketchup if the gochujang flavor is too strong.
Make small cuts on the Vienna sausages.
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and cook the Vienna sausages until they are almost done.
Add the quail eggs and green chilies to the pan and stir-fry together with the sausages.
Once the sausages are fully cooked, pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer to a plate and serve.
