- 🎃 200g pumpkin, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Protein
- 2 sausages, diagonally sliced

- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

STEPS
Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, slice thinly, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly and cut the sausages diagonally.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add pumpkin slices, and sauté until browned. Add onion and sausages, and continue sautéing for about 3 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce and stir until the liquid evaporates. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
